Leisure Tours operates out of Q-85 in the Rajiv Nagar Extension area of Bagampur. If you know North West Delhi, you know it can be quite a maze. Our office is right in the thick of it. It is a small space, mostly just a couple of rooms where we keep our computers and all the travel brochures. The streets outside are always busy with people and rickshaws, so there is always some noise coming in through the windows. It is not a fancy place at all. We have some old plastic chairs for visitors and a few desks that have been with us since we started. Bagampur is a very grounded, working-class part of Delhi, and we fit right in. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us answering the phones and trying to keep everything organized. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. In the summers, it gets really hot, so the coolers are always running at full blast. It is a practical place to work from because the rent is not too high and we are close to the local markets. We have known our neighbors for years. It feels like a real community here. We just focus on the daily grind of booking trips and sorting out itineraries for people who stop by or call us up from the city.
