We are located at Wz-214A in Raj Nagar-Ii, which is part of the Palam Colony area. It’s a small office where we handle travel arrangements for people. We spend a lot of time looking at computer screens, checking for various flight prices or trying to figure out visa rules for different countries. The office has a few maps on the walls and stacks of brochures that are probably a bit out of date, but they help with the planning. People from Palam Colony walk in all the time asking about trips to the mountains or maybe a flight to go see family. It’s not a very quiet place because the phone is always ringing and there’s always someone talking about their travel plans. We handle the bookings, the hotel vouchers, and the transport details. Sometimes it’s stressful when a flight gets cancelled or a passport is late, and we have to scramble to fix things. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls; it’s just a regular room with desks and chairs where we get the work done. We’ve been at this spot in Raj Nagar for a while now and we know how the local travel market works. It’s just us trying to help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. We take it one customer at a time and try to stay organized. At the end of the day, we just lock up and start again tomorrow morning with the next batch of tickets.
