If you’re looking for us, you’ll find us at 1881/A/16 in the Govind Puri Extension area of Kalkaji. New Delhi-19 is a crowded place, and our street is no different. It’s one of those spots where you have to watch where you’re walking because there’s always someone moving something or a scooter zooming by. The office isn’t huge, but we’ve made it ours over the years. We’ve got a lot of files on our desks because Leisure Hotels Ltd. has plenty of details to keep track of every day. It’s the kind of office where the phone rings quite a bit, and there’s usually a stack of mail waiting to be sorted by the door. We don't have any polished reception area with fancy lights. Instead, it’s just a place with sturdy chairs and people who know what they’re doing. We’ve lived with the sounds of the neighborhood for a long time—the street vendors and the general hum of Kalkaji. It’s a very grounded environment. We don’t spend time on big speeches or marketing plans that don’t mean anything. We just focus on the day-to-day things that need to happen. Sometimes we stay a bit late to finish up, and you can see the lights on from the street. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where all the coordination for our hotels happens. It’s just us, working away in Govind Puri, making sure everything is handled right.
