Working out of New Delhi in the 110019 area keeps us pretty busy. Leisure Dreams Travels (Pvt) Ltd has been around for a while, and we’ve seen the travel world change a lot. Our office is in a part of Delhi that always feels like it’s in a hurry, so we try to keep things a bit more relaxed inside. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and staring at screens, looking for routes and prices that make sense. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters; we just have our desks and our phones. Most of the time, the air conditioner is humming in the background while we talk to people about where they want to go. It’s a travel business, so you’d think it was all very glamorous, but it’s mostly just making sure the dates line up and the names are spelled right on the forms. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch. We just tell you what the options are and help you figure out the logistics. Sometimes the internet goes down or the printers act up, and we just have to deal with it like anyone else. Being in Delhi, you get used to the noise and the constant movement. We just fit into that rhythm. We like what we do, even on the days when everything seems to be delayed. It’s just a regular group of people here trying to help others see a bit of the world.
