Leela Kempinski Gurgaon

We are based at K-404 in Mahipal Pur Ext, which is a bit of an interesting spot in New Delhi. Even though the name says Leela Kempinski Gurgaon, this is where we handle things. It is a busy neighborhood because it is so close to the airport. You can hear the planes sometimes, which is just part of the daily background noise for us. The building at K-404 is practical and gets the job done. We don't have any marble floors or fancy paintings on the walls here. It is just an office where we manage the operations. A lot of us commute from different parts of Delhi, so the morning start is always a bit of a rush. We don't spend time writing out big goals or mission statements. We just look at what needs to be finished today and we do it. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Mahipal Pur has a very specific feel to it, a bit dusty and always moving, and we have fit right into that. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall guy quite well. It is a very normal, human place to work. We don't try to pretend to be something we are not. We just stay here in the extension and keep the business moving as best as we can.
