We are over on the second floor of C 20 in Anand Niketan. It is a nice enough part of New Delhi, a bit quieter than some of the other commercial hubs. Leaseplan has been operating from this spot for a good while now. Our main thing is looking after cars and fleets for companies that don’t want the hassle of owning them. It involves a lot of spreadsheets and talking to mechanics or car dealers. The office is simple—just some desks, chairs, and a small area for tea. We aren't trying to be something we're not. Some days are slow, while other days everyone is calling at once because a lease is ending or someone needs a new vehicle urgently. We have a small team here who mostly just focus on getting the contracts signed and the cars delivered. There’s no big lobby with fancy art, just us working through the daily pile of work. We know the roads in Delhi can be tough on vehicles, so we spend a lot of time thinking about maintenance and how to keep things running. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the admin work, check the mileage logs, and head home. It is honest work and we like being in this neighborhood. We try to keep the paperwork as simple as we can for the people who come to see us.
