Our office for League One Marketting Services is up on the second floor on Street No. 7B in the Shivraj Singh area. It’s a bit of a climb up those stairs, especially if the delivery guy is bringing heavy boxes. We have been in this spot for a while now, and the neighborhood knows us well. Marketing can be a lot of noise, but here it’s mostly just us typing away and talking on the phones. The street outside is usually busy with people heading to work or kids playing after school. Inside, it’s a mix of old files and some newer equipment we picked up last year. We aren't a big corporate outfit with glass walls. It is more of a lived-in space where we know which chair squeaks and which window sticks when it rains. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, so we just take a break and sit by the door until it comes back on. We handle a variety of local clients who need help getting their names out there. It’s a lot of trial and error, seeing what sticks and what doesn’t. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. It’s a simple setup that works for the kind of day-to-day stuff we do. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized.
