Our small office is run by Manish Pant and we are located in Flat G-1, on Plot S-98 along Parampuri Road. Uttam Nagar is a very crowded part of New Delhi, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. We deal with travel arrangements and tour bookings for people looking to go on holiday. It’s a humble place, just a ground-floor flat really. We spend most of our time looking at maps and checking train or flight schedules. It’s not a big corporate setup. Usually, it's just a couple of us sitting around a desk with a few computers. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people walking by. We don't have a flashy storefront. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for the address on Parampuri Road. We handle everything from simple tickets to longer trips. It can be stressful when a booking goes wrong or a flight is cancelled, but we just try to fix it as best as we can. We've lived and worked in this area for a long time. We know the local market and the people around here. It’s practical work. We don’t promise anything fancy, we just help people get where they need to go. Every day brings a different set of questions about destinations and prices. We just take it one customer at a time. It gets easier once the summer rush ends.
