Leading Bpo

You can find us at 201-C in Pocket - F of Guruteg Bahadur Enclave in Delhi - 110093. It's a part of the city that stays pretty active. Leading Bpo is basically a room full of people wearing headsets and looking at computer screens for hours. It can get pretty noisy in here when everyone is on a call at the same time. We have different shifts, so there are people coming and going at all hours of the day and night. It’s a bit of a strange way to work, being on a different schedule than most of the world, but you get used to it after a while. The desks are close together and there isn't much in the way of privacy, but we all get along okay. We deal with all sorts of questions and problems from people who call in. Some people are frustrated when they call and some are just confused. We just try to listen and type everything into the system like we were taught. There’s a small area where we can take breaks and eat our lunch. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady work for everyone here. We’ve been in Guruteg Bahadur Enclave for a good while now. The building is just a normal office block. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. We just come in, do our shift, and head home to sleep. It’s a simple life for us.
