Le Spirit Facility Management

We spend a lot of time over here at 95/17 Zakir Nagar in New Delhi just keeping things moving for people. It’s a busy spot. Facility management is one of those things where you’re always on the go. One day it’s fixing a leak, the next it’s sorting out the cleaning staff or making sure the security gate actually works. We’ve been around this part of New Delhi for a bit now. People know where to find us. It isn't anything fancy. It’s just us doing the work that needs doing so buildings run the way they’re supposed to. We handle all the small stuff that adds up. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times we’re out on-site most of the day. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It's just a regular place where we get the paperwork done and talk to the guys. If something breaks or needs looking after, that's what we do. It’s hard work and it gets dusty, but that’s the job. We know the streets around here well. Being in Zakir Nagar means we are close to the people we help out. Most of our days are spent checking lists and making sure the lights stay on for everyone else. It’s simple work, really, even when it feels complicated. We just try to show up and do what we said we’d do.
