Le Passage To India

Le Passage To India is based out of Mg1/81 in Vikas Puri, New Delhi-18. It’s a residential neighborhood, so the office has a very local feel to it. It is tucked away from the main busy roads, which makes it a bit quieter, though you still hear the usual city sounds. People sometimes drop in to ask about travel plans or to pick up documents. The office is filled with maps, old calendars, and stacks of travel itineraries. We don't have any fancy decor or modern glass partitions. It’s just a simple room where we sit and work on the computers. Sometimes the machines are a bit slow to start up in the morning, so we chat while we wait. We focus on the practical details of travel, like which routes are the fastest or which hotels are actually decent. You won't find glossy brochures here, just a lot of printed notes and lists. The AC struggles a bit when it gets really hot, so we keep the fans on high. Most of the staff has worked together for a long time, so we’re more like a small family than a corporate team. We know who likes their tea strong and who prefers it with extra milk. We don't have big strategy meetings. We just talk across our desks about what needs to get done before we close up for the day.
