Le Passage To India

Our place is located at 2976 Sant Nagar, right in the Rani Bagh area. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and the streets are always full of people. We’ve been running things from here for a long time. It’s a pretty standard office setup, nothing that’s going to win any design awards. We have some maps on the walls and a few desks where we handle all the travel arrangements. It gets pretty loud outside with the market noise, but we’re used to it by now. We spend our days planning routes and talking to drivers or hotels. It’s a lot of logistics. Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, like a bus being late or a hotel mix-up, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just the reality of the travel business in India. We don't pretend to be some massive multinational corporation with thousands of employees. We’re a smaller team and we know each other's habits. Most of us take the metro or ride bikes to get here. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a guy who brings tea around twice a day. We keep our files in cabinets and on a couple of old computers. It’s straightforward work. We just show up, do the bookings, and make sure the itineraries are set. It’s not always easy, but we’ve stayed in business in 110034 because we just keep at it.
