Currently, you can reach us through Mr. Manoj Bhatt over at C-4, Raj Heights in Shalimar Garden Extension 2. This is in Gaziabad, which is where we handle a lot of the background work for the hotel. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city traffic, but it works for us. We spend most of our time on the computer or the phone, coordinating things and making sure the bookings are all sorted out. It’s a quiet office compared to the actual hotel floor. We have a few desks set up and some old files that we still keep around in boxes just in case we need to look something up. Working from Raj Heights means we avoid some of the crazier Delhi congestion, but we are still always busy. We manage things like staff schedules and guest requests from here. It's not a very large space, just enough for us to sit down and get the admin work finished. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to work as soon as it comes back. We’ve been at this for a while, so we know the routine well. It’s about making sure the details are right so that when people show up at the hotel, everything is ready for them. We just keep our heads down and handle the paperwork as it comes in daily.
