Le Meridien New Delhi

Even though the name says Le Meridien New Delhi, this specific office is located in Flat No. 841, Pocket-2, Sector-14 Dwarka. It’s a bit different because it’s a flat in a residential pocket of New Delhi. It’s not the big hotel building itself, but more of a workspace where we handle specific tasks. Dwarka is quite spread out, and Sector-14 is a busy area but our pocket is relatively calm. We use this space for our day-to-day coordination. It’s got a kitchen and a small balcony, which makes it feel more like a home than a stiff office. We sit at the tables with our laptops and go through the logs and the guest details. It’s a very practical way to work. We don’t have a front desk or a lobby here. It’s just a place where the work gets done without the distractions of a big hotel environment. Sometimes we have tea on the balcony when the weather is nice. The neighborhood has a lot of families, so you hear kids playing outside in the evenings. It’s a very different vibe from the city center. We’ve been operating from this flat for a bit, and it works well for the team. We focus on the data and the emails that keep the larger operation running. It’s simple, honest work in a quiet New Delhi corner where we can actually hear ourselves think while we manage the schedules.
