Lazeez Affaire

Lazeez Affaire is our spot in the 110025 area of New Delhi, right in the Winsome Adv. & Market. It is a lively place to be because there is always something going on in the market. We are mostly focused on the kitchen and making sure the food comes out right. We aren't a corporate chain with a lot of rules and polished manuals. We are just a team that knows how to cook and serve people. The morning starts with getting the fresh stuff delivered and prepping the ingredients for the day. It gets hot and a bit chaotic when the lunch crowd starts coming in, but we have a way of getting things done. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe our food. We just make what we know people like to eat. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when we're packed, or we might run out of a certain dish, but we always try to make it right for the customer. It is a lot of hard work and we are usually on our feet for most of the day. Being in Delhi means there is a lot of competition, but we just stick to our own way of doing things. We don't have any big marketing plans. We just rely on people liking the food and coming back. It is an honest way to make a living and we have been doing it this way for quite some time.
