We just have a few desks and some computers to look up train schedules and flight prices for people in Burdwan. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to come back in an hour. We started this because travel can be a headache if you don’t know which bus goes where or how to get the right seat on the express. We handle a lot of local folks who just want to visit relatives or go on a short holiday. The weather gets pretty hot in West Bengal, so we usually have the fan going full blast. It’s a family-run sort of thing. We don't have a big marketing budget. We just talk to people who walk in.
