We've been here in Shalimar Garden for a while now. Most people know us from around the neighborhood. It started small. We handle tickets and trips. Sometimes the office gets busy with phones ringing and papers everywhere. It's just how a travel place works. Ghaziabad is a crowded place so we try to make things easy when someone walks in. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Just desks and chairs. People come by to ask about trains or flights to see family. We look at the computer screens and try to find what fits. My cousin helps out sometimes too. We aren't a giant corporation, just Lawrence Travel & Tours. If you're near F-1/247, you might see our sign. It's a bit dusty because of the road work nearby but we are open. We deal with passports sometimes and it takes time because of the rules. We just tell people the truth about how long it takes. No point in making promises you can't keep. Most of our customers are locals who've lived here for years. They trust us because we don't try to sell them stuff they don't need. It’s just work for us, helping people get where they need to go. Sometimes it's a holiday, other times it's work. We just keep the records straight and hope the planes are on time. It is just a regular way to make a living.
