Law Travels (A Private Travel Agency)

Law Travels is just a small private travel agency we run out of Lehna Singh Market. Our shop is at number 4. If you know the Delhi 110007 area, you know it stays pretty crowded around here. We’ve been sitting in this same spot for quite some time now, helping folks figure out their trips. It’s mostly just us sitting behind the counter, looking at train schedules and bus routes on the old computer. People come in with all sorts of questions about where to go and how to get there the cheapest way. We don’t have a big website or a call center. It’s just a local place where you can come in and talk to a real person. Sometimes the market gets so loud we have to shout over the noise just to hear the customers. We handle things like booking tickets or finding a taxi for someone who needs to get to the station early in the morning. It’s a simple business. We don't promise the world, we just try to get the tickets booked without any errors. My brother and I usually handle the shifts. It’s not always easy with the rules changing all the time, but we manage. People in the neighborhood know us by name, which is nice. We just open up in the morning and stay until the last customer leaves. It's been like this for years now.
