We operate out of Flat 141 in the Golden Heights Apartments over in Dwarka Sector 12. It’s a bit different being in a residential pocket like this, but it works for what we do. The office is basically several rooms filled with desks, computers, and a lot of technical drawings. Being in Pocket 8 means it's a bit quieter than the main roads, which we appreciate when we're looking over project details. Most of the staff here has been with the division for a long time, so we all know how the others work. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find us working through spreadsheets or taking calls from the sites. It’s a lot of coordination between the different teams. The apartment setting makes it feel a bit more like a family than a big corporate office. We eat lunch together in the small kitchen and talk about the progress of the various jobs we're managing. Dwarka is a good place to be situated, even if the commute can be a bit of a pain sometimes. We just focus on the engineering side of things and try to keep the paperwork moving without too many delays. It isn't about being flashy; it's about making sure the plans are accurate and the logistics are sorted before the actual work starts. It is a lot of looking at data and making sure the numbers match up.
