L&T Ltd

We operate out of a space on the first floor of House Number 158 in Inderprastha Colony. This is over in Faridabad, specifically in the sector 30 to 33 area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate building. We are care of O P Tiwari at this address. It’s a pretty straightforward setup where we handle the local business for L&T. There are a few of us working here on the first floor. We have our desks and some filing cabinets and we mostly just deal with the paperwork and local projects that come our way. Being in a colony means it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of a commercial district. We see the neighbors going about their day while we do our work. It’s not a fancy office with a glass front, just a regular floor in a house. We get our mail here and this is where we meet for our daily tasks. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been at this Faridabad location for some time now. It’s a practical place to work from. We just focus on getting the jobs done and keeping things moving along without much fuss. We aren't here for anything fancy, just to get the daily assignments completed on time.
