Lalbhai Realty Finance, Lalbhai Group Of Companies

Our place is on the third floor of Plot No. 813/A/1 in Naraina Village. It is right near the Ring Road, so the traffic noise is just something we have to live with every single day. You have to look for Satish Verma's name on the board to find the right entrance. We handle the finance stuff for the Lalbhai Group of Companies from this office. The stairs are a bit steep and narrow, so it is a bit of a workout getting up there every morning. Inside, it is just a regular setup with some desks and a few old metal cabinets. We do not have any fancy paintings or decorations on the walls. It is mostly just maps and calendars pinned up. The area around Naraina is always bustling with people and small shops. We usually grab some snacks from the street vendors downstairs during the afternoon break. Dealing with realty and finance means a lot of checking numbers and making sure the files are in the right order. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It is a practical office, nothing more than that. We have got a small kitchen area where we make our own tea and coffee. It is not a big corporate building, just a floor in a busy part of Delhi. We like being part of the local scene here in the village. It keeps us grounded.
