L & M Hospitality Services

We are based in Janakpuri at C-2/210. It’s a residential-feeling area but we run L & M Hospitality Services from here every single day. The office is part of the building and it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. We deal with all sorts of hospitality and travel tasks for our clients. It’s not a flashy setup by any means. We have our desks, our phones, and a small area for guests to wait if we are currently busy with someone else. Janakpuri is a nice part of Delhi and being in C-2 makes it feel like we are part of the local neighborhood. We don't have a giant staff, so you usually end up talking to the same few people every time you call or visit us. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desk gets covered in notes and schedules. That is just how it goes when you are busy. We focus on getting the details right for whoever walks in. It is mostly about listening to what someone needs and then trying to find a practical way to make it happen. We don't use a lot of industry jargon or corporate speak. We just speak plainly about what is possible. Being at C-2/210 is convenient for us and we’ve made this space our own over the years. It's a hardworking environment but we try to keep it friendly for everyone.
