So, the name is Kwality Restaurants And Ice Cream, Delhi, but we are actually located in Village Bhatapara in Chhattisgarh. It sounds a bit confusing to some people, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our place is out in the village area, which is a lot different from the busy streets of Delhi. It’s much quieter here. We deal with food and ice cream, which is always a hit when the weather gets hot, and it gets very hot here in Chhattisgarh. The building is simple and doesn't have much in the way of decoration. We focus more on the kitchen and making sure the supplies are fresh. We have a few regular customers from the village who come by, and we also handle bigger orders for events nearby. It’s a small operation. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us making sure the freezers are running and the food is cooked right. Sometimes the deliveries take longer to arrive because of the roads, but we manage. We’ve been part of this community for years, and everyone knows where to find us. It’s a hard-working environment, and we don't take ourselves too seriously. We just want to do a decent job and keep the business going as best as we can. We’re just regular folks doing our thing in Bhatapara.
