Kwality Group

We are over in Sant Nagar, specifically on the second floor at the back side. It’s East of Kailash, so the roads are always narrow and full of parked cars. Getting to the office of Kwality Group is a bit of a walk from where you can actually park. The building is older. We have been here for quite some time. People have known the name for a long time in Delhi, but our office is pretty basic. We have a lot of old files in metal cabinets. It smells like old paper and tea in here. The staff mostly lives nearby. We don't have a big HR department or anything. If someone has a problem, they just walk over to the next desk and talk about it. Lunchtime is when everyone gathers around to share their dabbas. We talk about the traffic and the heat. It’s a quiet place tucked away from the main road. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers and we forget to call the electrician for a week. We focus on the business without needing a lot of flash. It’s about being reliable. We handle a lot of the group's needs from this small back-side office. It’s not glamorous, but the work gets done and we’ve been doing it this way for years. We like the familiarity of this little corner in Sant Nagar. It stays the same even when the rest of Delhi changes so fast.
