Kwality Group Chopstick

Our office is on the first floor of S-392 in Greater Kailash 2. GK2 is usually known for being a bit more upscale, but our workspace is pretty down-to-earth. We focus on the Chopstick side of the Kwality Group from here. It’s not a restaurant space where you’d come to eat, but rather the place where we manage the details, the menus, and the supply lines. The room is often filled with the smell of paper and the sound of people typing away. We have a few windows that look out onto the street, but mostly we are focused on what’s on our desks. It’s a small, tight-knit group here. We don’t go in for big corporate speeches or missions. We just want to make sure the food operations we oversee are running like they should. Some days are a bit chaotic when deliveries are late or the phones won't stop ringing, but we just manage it as it comes. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and it feels familiar. We know which floorboards creak and how the light hits the desks in the afternoon. It’s a comfortable, hardworking atmosphere without any unnecessary polish. We just do our jobs, share a few jokes, and make sure everything is ready for the next day. It's a simple, honest way to run a business. We don't try to be something we are not, we just stay focused on the daily tasks.
