Kwality Express

Our office is located at E-38 in the S.C.C Area of Nilokheri. If you’ve been around this part of Haryana, you know it’s a pretty active place. Kwality Express has been operating from this building for a good number of years. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a lounge for guests. Usually, the space is just filled with boxes and crates waiting to be moved. The sound of trucks passing by is something we’ve grown used to. Most of us working here are from around Nilokheri or the nearby villages. We know these roads like the back of our hands. Sometimes things get a bit messy, especially when several shipments arrive at the same time. My hands are usually covered in dust by the end of the day from moving parcels around. We don’t use any high-tech systems for everything; a lot of our tracking is still done with simple logs and pens. It just feels more reliable that way. We take our breaks at the small tea stall just down the road. It’s a lot of manual labor and long hours, but it’s what we do. The building is just a regular brick structure, nothing special to look at. We keep the door open so people can just walk in with their packages. It’s an honest, busy place where we just focus on getting things from one point to another.
