You can find our office tucked away at 23-A in the O.C.S Apartments over in Mayur Vihar Phase-1. It is not like a big airport counter with lots of signs, just a regular office in a residential building where we handle the paperwork and bookings. Being in an apartment complex makes it a bit quieter than if we were in a big commercial mall, though it can be a little confusing for people to find us the first time they visit. We spend a lot of our time dealing with flight tickets, checking schedules, and helping folks who have questions about their trips to Kuwait. It gets really busy during the holiday seasons when everyone is trying to fly out at the same time. The office space is a bit small and filled with files, computers, and stacks of paper, but we have a system that works for us. Most of our customers call us on the phone, but we do get some people walking in from the neighborhood now and then. Mayur Vihar is a decent spot to work in, even if the traffic nearby gets a bit much in the evenings. We have been at this address for a while and the staff here mostly stays the same. It is just a handful of us making sure the bookings go through and people get their flight details on time.
