Kushagr Hr Solutions

Our office is at J-102/1 in Khema Katra, Kishan Ganj. It’s an older part of Delhi, and the lanes around here can get a bit narrow and crowded. Kushagr Hr Solutions has been operating from this spot for a while. It’s definitely not a shiny glass building or a modern high-rise. It’s a solid, practical place in a very busy neighborhood. We spend most of our time going through paperwork and talking to the people who come through the door looking for help. Kishan Ganj has a very specific feel to it, very traditional and always packed. We’ve grown to like being part of that. The noise from the street is always there, but you honestly stop noticing it after a week or two of working here. We aren't trying to change the whole world. We just help out with what we can. Sometimes the fans in the office make more noise than they probably should, but they keep the air moving on hot days. We drink a lot of chai from the stall right at the corner. It's a small team here. We don't really use big fancy titles for anyone. Everyone just pitches in when something needs doing. We try to keep things honest and very straightforward. If someone asks for directions to J-102/1, we usually tell them to look for the landmark near the Katra. It’s easy to get lost if you aren't local. We’ve stayed put while the area changed.
