Kuoni Travels

Kuoni Travels has been operating out of M-24 in Sriniwas Puri for quite some time now. This part of New Delhi, with the pin code 110065, is usually bustling with people going about their business. Our office is a straightforward space. It’s not one of those modern glass buildings you see in the newer parts of the city. Instead, it’s a solid, practical place where we keep our maps and travel documents. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they’ve got a lot of history on them. We have a few big desks and some metal filing cabinets that make a loud noise when you open them. If you walk past M-24, you might see us through the window, usually hunched over a keyboard or talking to someone about a trip. Sriniwas Puri has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of that. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the honking and the street vendors, but we don’t mind it much anymore. It’s just the background noise of our workday. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon slump hits. The lighting isn't the best, but it works for what we need to do. We don't have any fancy decorations, just the essentials for running a travel office. It’s a small team here, and we mostly just focus on getting the itineraries right for whoever walks through the door.
