Kuoni Travels is located over at A-262 A in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. This area has changed a lot over the years with new buildings popping up, but we are still here in the same spot. It is 122017 if you are looking for the pin code. Our setup isn't flashy at all. It is basically a practical space where we sit and figure out travel plans for people. Gurgaon can be a very fast-paced place, but inside our office, we try to keep things steady and simple. We don't have big posters or neon signs everywhere to catch your eye. We just have our desks and some chairs for when people stop by to ask about their trips. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit in the afternoon, but we just wait it out like everyone else in the neighborhood. Palam Vihar is a good area because it feels a bit more like a community than the newer parts of the city. We know the people around here and they know where to find us. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy marketing talk or brochures. We just listen to what people want and try to help them get where they are going. It’s a small operation here, but it works for our needs. Usually, we are just busy with the phone or sorting through travel schedules. It is a basic job, and we do it honestly every day.
