Kuoni Travels

We are located at D-117 in Kamla Nagar, which is a pretty lively part of Delhi. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular door that leads into our workspace. Inside, it’s mostly just us surrounded by travel brochures and computers that have seen better days. Kamla Nagar is always full of energy with the markets and the students from the university nearby, so there’s never a quiet moment on the street. We’ve been at this address for a while now, helping people figure out their trips and sorting out visas. It’s a lot of paperwork, honestly. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to get through, and we’ll just order some food from one of the stalls around the corner. The office gets a bit dusty because of the Delhi air, so we’re always wiping down the desks. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in, sit down on the mismatched chairs, and tell us what they’re looking for. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We know the routes and the flights because we spend all day looking at them. It’s just a normal job for us, and we like the fact that we’re right in the middle of a neighborhood where people are actually living their lives. Being here feels more connected than being in some high-rise office block.
