Kuoni Travels (Vfs) Us Process

We are based over in Model Town-3, at M-22. This part of Delhi is actually quite nice, and we’ve been here for a while. Our main work involves the US process for travel and visa stuff. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking details over and over again. We work in a standard office building that fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood. It's not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that. We have desks and computers and a lot of folders. The team here is pretty small, and we all know each other well. We start early because of the time difference with the US sometimes. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, but we stay busy. Model Town has some good spots to eat nearby, so we usually head out for lunch. The work can be a bit repetitive, looking at forms all day, but it’s important to get the details right. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just handle the files as they come in. If you walk past M-22, you might not even realize what we're doing inside, but we’re there every day. It’s just a regular group of people doing their jobs in North Delhi. We try to be helpful when people call with questions about their paperwork.
