Kuoni Travels India Pvt Ltd has an office over in the Kalkaji Extension area of New Delhi. We are specifically located at A-13/6-A in the Fortview Appts. It is more of a residential neighborhood than a business district, which gives the office a much quieter feel than being in the middle of the city. The apartment building is easy enough to find if you follow the main road into Kalkaji. Inside, the space is packed with desks, filing cabinets, and old travel brochures from different parts of the world. We spend our days handling a lot of travel documents and talking to people about their flight plans. Since we are in New Delhi, the heat can be quite intense, so the air conditioner is almost always running in the background. It is a small team working here, and it can feel a little crowded when we have a lot of bags or paperwork piled up. We do not have a big reception area or any fancy decorations. It is just a functional space where we get our work done. Most of us have been working in travel for years and we are used to the daily rush. The 110019 area is a good spot for us and we have been here at Fortview for quite some time now. We just come in every morning, have some coffee, and start going through the day's bookings.
