Kuoni Travel India Pvt Ltd has an office at 124, Flat No. E-5 in Savitri Nagar, New Delhi. It’s a small branch located in a residential building, so it doesn’t look like a typical corporate office from the outside. You have to come into the building and find the flat to see us. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of travel brochures that have piled up over time. We spend our days helping people plan their trips and sorting out all the little details that go into a journey. Savitri Nagar is a busy little pocket of Delhi, and there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We have a small kitchenette where we make tea throughout the day to keep ourselves alert. Most of our work is done on the computer, but we still have plenty of physical files to manage. It’s not a very large team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to filing the accounts. The space is a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of documents to process at once. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist. If the doorbell rings, whoever is closest just gets up to answer it. We stay here until the work is done, which sometimes means late evenings when the travel season is especially busy for everyone.
