Our office is at 5194 / 5 in Krishna Nagar, which is part of the Karol Bagh area. If you know Delhi, you know how Karol Bagh is—always something happening and lots of people everywhere. We deal with travel stuff mostly. People come in wanting to go somewhere else, maybe for a holiday or just a trip back home. We spend a lot of time on the phones and staring at computer screens trying to find flights or hotels that actually work out. It’s a lot of back and forth. The office can get a bit cluttered with brochures and printouts, but we know where everything is. It’s a small space for such a big name, but we manage. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to tell people to wait, which is never fun. We see a lot of families coming in together to plan their big summer trips. Everyone has a lot of questions. We try to give them the answers without making it too confusing. The building itself is older, like most things around here. Finding the exact door in Krishna Nagar can be a bit tricky the first time if you aren't looking closely. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t really think about the noise from the street anymore. It’s just part of the workday in this city.
