Kuoni Destination Management

Down in Meenakshi Garden, at WZ 64/6, is where you will find us. We’ve been working out of this part of New Delhi for a while. Kuoni Destination Management is the name on the door, but we’re just a group of people who know how to organize trips. It’s not just about booking a flight; it’s about figuring out the buses, the guides, and where everyone is going to eat. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff that people don't really think about until something goes wrong. Our office isn't in one of those glass buildings downtown. We like being in Meenakshi Garden. It feels more like a real neighborhood. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking at maps and schedules. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we manage. We’ve seen the travel industry change a lot over the years, but the basic need for a solid plan hasn't changed. We deal with groups coming into India and folks heading out too. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the car shows up on time and the hotel knows you’re coming. It’s practical work. If you drop by, you’ll probably see us surrounded by folders and coffee mugs. That’s just how we get things done here.
