Kuoni Destination Management (Sita Services)

We’ve been at C-218 in the Paryavaran Complex for a while now. It’s right near the Garden of Five Senses in Saidulazaib. If you know New Delhi, you know this spot gets busy. Our office for Kuoni Destination Management, or Sita Services as some call it, is where we handle a lot of travel logistics. Most of the day is just us on the phones or typing away at desks. The building isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get the work done. In the mornings, the traffic near the garden can be a bit of a headache, but you get used to it after a few months. We have a small team here. Sometimes it gets a little loud when everyone is talking at once, but that is just how it goes in a travel office. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing with fancy lobbies. It’s mostly just files, computers, and a lot of tea being drunk. Sometimes we walk over toward the garden during lunch just to get some air because the complex can feel a bit crowded. It’s a practical setup. We handle whatever comes our way, whether it's bookings or fixing schedules that went wrong. It’s not always smooth, but we stay busy. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but nobody really has time to think about that when there are so many emails to answer. That’s pretty much us.
