Kuoni Business Travels has this spot here to handle travel arrangements. It’s a standard office setup, nothing too crazy. We have our desks, some maps, and computers. Being on the ground floor is convenient because people can just walk in without searching for an elevator. We spend a lot of time on the phone or booking things online. The 110024 area is pretty central for us. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we get busy, but we manage. We aren't trying to look like a high-end luxury lounge. It’s a workspace where we get travel plans sorted out for people. We’ve been in this part of Lajpat for a while, so we know where to get the best tea nearby during breaks. The office has that busy travel agency feel, with papers everywhere and phones ringing. We just focus on the logistics of getting people from one place to another. It’s a lot of detail work, but we are used to the pace of the city. Just a bunch of us working in a ground-floor office in Delhi.
