Kuoni Business Travel-Hrg Sita India

We are based in Maya Enclave, which is in the Hari Nagar area of New Delhi. Specifically, we’re on the 4th floor of the EC-176 building. This office handles a lot of business travel for Kuoni and HRG Sita India. It’s a professional space but it feels like a regular Delhi office once you’re inside. The elevators can be a bit slow, so a lot of us end up taking the stairs. We have a lot of people working here, mostly sitting at their computers handling corporate accounts and travel itineraries. Hari Nagar is a busy residential and commercial mix, so there’s always something going on in the streets below. We get a lot of calls throughout the day because business travel never really stops. It can get pretty stressful when there are flight cancellations or delays, and we’re all trying to fix things at once. The office has been here for a good amount of time, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything since most of our work is done over the phone or email. It’s just a solid, hardworking environment. We focus on the logistics and making sure the details are right. It’s a lot of coordination between different airlines and hotels. We just keep at it, day in and day out, from our spot in Maya Enclave.
