Kuoni Business Travel India Pvt. Ltd Known As Sita Travels

We are based out of the Railway Officers Flats here in Anand Vihar, specifically at 1B/102. Most people around here just call us Sita Travels, even though the official paperwork says Kuoni Business Travel India Pvt. Ltd. It gets a bit confusing for new folks sometimes. We’ve been at this address for a while now, dealing with all kinds of travel arrangements from this small office in Delhi-92. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. Every morning we show up, open the doors, and start looking at bookings. There's always a lot of paperwork with business travel, especially in a city like Delhi where everything moves fast but also takes forever. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff that people don't want to deal with themselves. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually finish a cup of tea. Being near the railway flats means we see a lot of the same faces around. We aren't trying to be some big corporate machine, just a team trying to keep things organized for people who need to get from one place to another for work. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, checking schedules, and making sure tickets are sorted. We know the area well and have been part of the local scene here for a good stretch of time now. It's a job that keeps us busy, but we like the routine and the people we meet along the way.
