Kuoni Academy Of Travel

We are located at 54-B, Pocket-B in Dilshad Garden. It's a nice part of Delhi, and we’ve been here for a while now. The academy is basically where people come to learn how the whole travel business works. We have classrooms set up with computers and books. It’s not a huge corporate campus; it feels more like a local school. Every morning, students show up and we start going through the day's lessons. It could be about geography or how to use the booking systems. I spend a lot of time making sure the registers are updated and the rooms are ready. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird clicking sound, but we’re used to it. The garden nearby is a good spot for people to sit during their breaks. We get a lot of young people who are excited to start working in tourism. It’s busy, especially when exams are coming up. We don't use a lot of fancy words here; we just explain things simply so everyone understands. The office is tucked away in the pocket, so it's relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We have coffee together in the small pantry area. It’s a practical place for learning. Most of us have been in the travel industry for years, so we just share what we know. It's a straightforward setup and we like it that way.
