We’ve been set up here in Shalimar Bagh at Aa-212 for a while now. If you head up to the second floor, that is where we do most of the paperwork and organizing for the hotels under the Kukreja Group name. It’s not a huge fancy office, just some desks and people trying to keep things moving. Dealing with guests and booking rooms keeps everyone pretty busy most days. Delhi is a crowded place, so having our base in this part of town makes sense for us. We started small and just kept going. People often ask how we manage multiple spots from one floor, but we make it work somehow. It gets noisy sometimes when the phones are ringing all at once. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff here that people don't usually see when they stay at a hotel. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if you’re carrying things, but that’s just how the building is. Most of the staff has been around for years, so we all know each other well. It feels more like a family-run thing than some big corporate machine. We just try to get the jobs done and make sure the rooms are ready for whoever is checking in next. There’s always someone coming or going from the Shalimar Bagh office. It is just a regular place where we work hard and try to stay organized. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a group of people working in the hotel industry.
