We operate out of Janak Puri at A-5B/132 B in New Delhi -58. Our office is located in a residential block, so it feels more like a home than a business sometimes. We handle travel arrangements, helping people book flights or trains for their trips. The space is fairly small, just enough for a few desks and a place for customers to sit. We have some old maps on the walls and a lot of notebooks where we scribble down details. It’s not a polished corporate office. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to people like neighbors because many of them are. Janak Puri is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street and the nearby market. Finding a place to park can be a headache, but people usually find a way. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or looking at different websites to see where the best prices are. Sometimes the printer gives us trouble and we have to fix it while a customer is waiting, which isn't ideal but we manage. We’ve been at this address for quite a few years and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. It’s a steady job and we try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. We just do the work and close up when the day is done.
