We’ve been here in Yusuf Sarai for a good while now, right in Mandir Gali at number 37109. It’s a busy little spot, and honestly, sometimes the street gets so loud it’s hard to hear the person standing right in front of you. We mostly spend our days handling whatever comes through the door. It’s not a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a couple of desks and some old chairs for when people need to wait a bit. People from around the neighborhood stop by, sometimes just to ask for directions or because they need something quick. We try to keep things moving. There’s always a bit of dust because of the construction nearby, so we’re usually wiping down the counters every few hours. It’s just how it is here. Most of the time we are just busy with the paperwork or talking to people about what they need fixed or handled. It isn't a huge team, just a few of us making sure things don't pile up too much. You know how it goes in these narrow lanes. We’ve seen the shops around us change names and owners over the years, but we’re still sitting here in the same spot. It’s nothing special to look at from the outside, just a regular shopfront with a sign that’s seen better days. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished before heading home in the evening.
