Krishna Communications

Pitampura is a big area, and our shop is tucked away at NP-157. Krishna Communications has been a part of this block for some time now. We deal with all sorts of mobile-related things, from selling basic handsets to fixing the more complicated smartphones that people carry around today. Our workbench is usually covered with tiny tools and bits of wire. It can be a bit of a headache when a repair doesn't go as planned, but we usually figure it out eventually. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Delhi; we just want to be the place where the locals feel comfortable coming in. We don't have a uniform or a script we follow. If someone comes in with a broken phone, we look at it, tell them how much it will cost, and how long it will take. Sometimes we chat about the local news or how the neighborhood is changing while we work. The shop is small and simple, with just enough room for a few customers to stand. We open up early and stay until the street lights have been on for a while. It’s a lot of hours, but it’s our own business and we take it seriously in our own way. That is just how life is for us here in Pitampura, and we are quite content with that.
