Kouni Destination Management

We are located in New Delhi, and as anyone who lives here knows, it’s a city that never really stops moving. Our office is where we handle all the details for destination management. It’s not a grand office with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a workspace filled with computers, maps, and a lot of printed itineraries. We spend most of our time talking to people on the phone or sending out emails to coordinate travel plans. It can get a bit chaotic when there are a lot of trips happening at once, but we manage to keep track of everything somehow. The team is quite small, and we all know each other well. We usually have our lunch together and talk about things other than work for a bit. The noise from the Delhi streets comes in through the windows, but it’s just part of the background for us now. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy brochures for us. We just tell people the facts and help them get where they need to go. Some days are stressful when there’s a problem halfway across the country, but we just pick up the phone and try to solve it. We aren't a giant faceless company. We are just a few people in an office in Delhi who know a lot about travel and like helping others figure it out.
