Our branch is located at B-1/205 in Paschim Vihar. It’s a busy corner of New Delhi, and we see a lot of the same faces every day. This isn’t one of those massive glass towers you see downtown. It’s a neighborhood spot where people come to handle their savings or fix a problem with their accounts. We have a few desks, some chairs for people waiting, and the usual counters. It gets a bit crowded on Monday mornings and towards the end of the month. The air conditioning sometimes struggles when it’s really hot outside, but we try to keep it cool enough. Most of us who work here live in the nearby blocks, so we’re neighbors with many of our customers. We deal with a lot of paperwork, and sometimes the lines get a little long if the system is slow. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a lounge. We just focus on getting the transactions done and helping people with their passbooks. You’ll often see us chatting with the regulars about the local news or the weather. It’s a straightforward environment. We keep our workspace as tidy as we can, though papers tend to pile up by the end of the day. If you’re in the area, you’ll see our sign right there on the main path.
