We're over here in East Patel Nagar, specifically at 38/4, right in the middle of everything. It's usually busy in the mornings when people come in to sort out their money stuff. We've got a small team and we know a lot of the faces that walk through the door because they live just a few blocks away. Dealing with numbers and accounts is what we do all day. Sometimes the air conditioner is a bit loud, but we get things done. People come in for all sorts of reasons, like opening an account or just asking a quick question about a statement they got. It’s a standard branch setup, nothing fancy. We try to keep the queues moving so nobody is stuck here too long on their lunch break. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed at this spot. It’s just us doing the daily banking grind, handling cash, and making sure the paperwork is straight. We don’t have any big speeches to make. If you’re around Patel Nagar, you’ve probably walked past us. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everyone leaves with what they came for. It's a regular job for us and we take it seriously without making a big fuss. Just a bunch of us working behind the counters and desks in this New Delhi heat, checking IDs and processing forms. We usually eat our lunch in the back room and then get right back to the counters until closing time.
