Korean Airlines

If you’re looking for us, we’re located over in Lado Sarai, right across from the T.B. Hospital in Mehrauli. It’s a bit of a busy spot with all the traffic coming through this part of New Delhi. We’re in building F-21. Even though the name says Korean Airlines, this specific office is where we handle a lot of the local paperwork and ticketing queries for people in this part of the city. It’s a small office, not some big airport terminal. We have a few staff members who sit here all day answering phones and helping people who walk in with questions about their flights or baggage. It can get a little cramped when a few customers show up at once, but we make it work. The area is quite lively with all the shops and the hospital nearby. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just the basics to get the job done. People usually come to us because they want to talk to a real person instead of dealing with a website. We try to give them straight answers about schedules and prices. It’s a practical setup. We’ve been in Lado Sarai for a while, and we’re just part of the daily rhythm of the street. It’s not always easy managing travel plans, but we do our best with what we have. Sometimes the internet goes down or the phones get loud, but we keep pushing through.
