Koniva Tours And Travels (Thomas Cook)

Our office is located at 75-D in Bhaat Nagar, which is part of the New Friends Colony area in New Delhi. We operate under Koniva Tours And Travels, and we are also associated with Thomas Cook. It is a nice part of the city. The office is on a ground floor, so it is easy to step in from the street. We spend most of our day planning trips and sorting out visas for people. There are maps pinned to the walls and a lot of brochures stacked on the side tables. It is not a high-tech setup. We use basic computers and spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines. The atmosphere is generally relaxed unless it is peak holiday season. Then it gets a bit hectic with everyone wanting their tickets at once. We have been at this Bhaat Nagar spot for a while now. Neighbors know us. Sometimes someone drops by just to ask for directions or a quick travel tip. We do not mind. We just try to be helpful and get the job done right. The furniture is a bit mismatched, but it is comfortable enough for an eight-hour shift. We focus on the details of the travel plans because that is what matters most. It is just us here, working through the bookings one by one. We try to stay organized as we go.
